Microwave

Press the instant/start button and cooking will start on high power for 1 minute.

Turn the weight/time control to increase or decrease cooking time.

Nb. If you need to stop cooking press the stop/clear button.

Press the instant/start button to resume cooking or press stop/clear button again to clear the cooking time.

Press the micropower button repeatedly to select the power required:

100P high power

80P medium-high power used for medium express cooking

60P medium power used for steaming food

40P medium-low power use for defrosting

20P low power use for keeping food warm.

Press the express button repeatedly to cycle through the preset cooking times

Press the instant/start button to start cooking.

Defrost.

Press the defrost button repeatedly to select the defrost cycle required.

D1 for meat 0.1 – 2kg

D2 for meat between 0.2 – 3kg

D3 for meat between 0.1_0.9kg

Turn the time/weight control to select the weight of food

Halfway through defrosting you will hear a series of beeps to prompt you to turn the food over.

Before defrosting, remove all packaging and place the food into a suitable dish or bowl.

The oven is preset with automatic cooking programmes:

A1 popcorn – to 85g

A2 popcorn- to 100g

A3 pizza suitable for a chilled slice of pizza

A4 beverages – to 250ml

A5 beverages -to 500ml

A6 potato – suitable for cubed potatoes to 450g

A7 potato – suitable for cubed potatoes to 650g

A8 fish – suitable for steaming fish – up to 450g

Never put metallic items in the microwave oven. Always use suitable microwave ware.

When removing hot food always use oven mitts or gloves

Note: The control panel can be locked for cleaning or to avoid unauthorised use of the microwave oven

To set the child lock, press and hold the stop/clear button for about 3 seconds until off shows on the LED

To cancel the child lock, press and hold the stop/clear button for about 3 seconds until the current time of day shows on the LED
